To break the cycle of doom and gloom due to recent events, I treated myself to some 'unnecessary' niceties when visiting town yesterday. I thought that the cloud and speech bubble sticky notes could be used for masking techniques when painting or rubber stamping so they should last me quite some time. I have no plan for the babushka sticky notes and tabs but I couldn't leave such cuteness sitting on the shelf!
I have cautiously let Gizmo out today. I am nervous in case he gets into a fight again but I will just have to have faith that everything will be fine.
It is nearly the weekend! I hope that you all have something nice to do or see or some place nice to go to. If not give yourself a little treat - something to look forward to. x
Good for you Simone, nothing like some pretty stationery to brighten the day!
ReplyDeleteIt's good that Gizmo still wants to go out, at least he's not worried about it!
Have a lovely weekend.

Good for you, there is nothing like a little treat for oneself. Glad to hear Gizmo is OK

ReplyDeleteGlad Gizmo is up and about xxx
It's always good to have little treats to brighten up the day. So glad to hear Gizmo is out and about again. Have a lovely weekend:)
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend with a sticky note,
ReplyDeleteA doom and gloom antidote!

If you are still worried about Gizmo, as your vet for a'body stocking' for him it is a protective t shirt that keeps him warm, stops him scratching or rather protects him against scratching himself. I have put a link in to show you what I mean. Hope he (and you) feel better soon x http://www.petvetcare.co.uk/acatalog/Protective-T-Shirt---Body-Stocking-For-Dogs---Cats-2109.html
ReplyDeleteIt's always good to be kind to yourself. I had a couple of doctor visits recently and let myself bring home a bouquet of lilies.
ReplyDeleteMya and Dovey are delighted that Gizmo is doing so well but urge him to take his time before going out to defend his honor. . .
I think treats are a necessity. Glad you found some fun things to brighten your day.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with Gizmo. Hope he behaves himself.
