Back to School Biscuit Bake

Ready for when my son returns home from school: freshly baked peanut butter cookies. Recipe taken from here.

I highly recommend this book and am sure I will be making many of the pies and cookies contained within its pages.

    Oh, these look delicious, Simone!! I'm hoping to make some cookies myself, this weekend. I LOVE Summer, but the temps have FINALLY come down(at least for the weekend), making it comfortable enough to run the oven, and bake all the cookies, cakes, and breads I want! Hooray!.. Still, it's been very busy 'round here, so I'll see if and when I can get all I WANT to get done DONE! (0; Have a great weekend! ~tina
