I love this little piece, Simone. The addition of the sea glass colored thread is splendid. However melancholy you seem to feel, your soul expresses itself in joy every time. I'm glad I know you, friend.
Hi Rosie! The cat image is printed out from a Beatrix Potter CD Rom that I have. I think it is Peter Rabbit in the background - with his ears torn off! :)
Hi again, the novel I have on the latest post is worth a read, like you I often do not finish books, they all seem to be the same. Tom will stick with a book even if its not that good but I have been known to ditch a book half way through. Give it a try, will make you think how lucky we are when you read how these people survived. Briony x
Hello Simone, Only just caught up with all your posts..your words "life passing me by" struck a cord. I hope you find a way out, for me it was medication and reading lots of self help books, can recommend Matt Haig's last two, Reasons to Stay Alive and Notes on a Nervous Planet.xx
