Oh, these look delicious, Simone!! I'm hoping to make some cookies myself, this weekend. I LOVE Summer, but the temps have FINALLY come down(at least for the weekend), making it comfortable enough to run the oven, and bake all the cookies, cakes, and breads I want! Hooray!..
