Contemplating

I am feeling in a quiet mood. I almost feel as though I have lost my voice. Above is a photo of where I like to sit in the evening. Opposite a small bookcase I have a jug of dried lavender which I harvested in the summer. Two large scented jar candles sit either side.

The golden glow warms my heart as I sit contemplating.

Oh, I could just do with sitting in that lovely corner for a while and calm down a little after a fraught day - looks wonderful, simone:)

It does look cosy, sounds like it should smell nice too. I love to sit and watch a flame from a candle or an open fire and let my mind wander, something I don't actually do very often these days. Perhaps I'll make time tomorrow...
