Hats and Gingers

I have made some hat tags and used some distress ink around the edges to give them a 'vintage' look.
Which one is your favourite?

In my previous post I asked for suggestions for tags and Clare came up with gingerbread men so thanks Clare!  Any more ideas are most welcome.  If anyone is interested in purchasing tags then please see my previous post.  Please don't feel obliged and don't let it put you off leaving comments.  The only reason I wish to know if people want to buy is so that I can get a rough idea of how many I need to make.  Have a great weekend and don't forget to leave suggestions on different types of tags for me to make.  I am up for the challenge!

  1. The hats are gorgeous, reminding me of my youth. I like the blue one with buttons best.

  2. Yellow ones are my favourites - so summery. Love the gingerbread men too and they remind me of those paper dolls all in a row we used to cut from pleated paper!

  3. Oooh I love those hat tags. The ink is very clever and makes them look super special. I like the hats with flowers or bows best and I like the blue, peachy and yellow specifically. Hen x

  5. I love the hats and it's hard to choose a favourite - I like the green one with the pink daisy! The gingerbread men are super and will be nice to attach to gifts of homemade biscuits:)

  9. I am so behind on blog commenting, sorry! I love all these tags and was wondering if maybe you could come up with something we could use as "birth announcements" for the little one come September. I'll have a think about what would really mean something to us (something nature baby related) and then send you an email, as I'd love to have some handmade announcements that people can treasure but know I won't have the time or patience right now and would love to be able to support your venture. I've got a busy day today but will try and email you early in the week xx

oh and my favourite hat is the yellow with blue trim :)

  12. Hi Simone,
Wow you have been really busy lately too!
I love the doggie tags but the hats are very clever and original, I went back to choose a favourite hat but I honestly can't pick between them!
I was going to suggest rabbits and cats but see Helen as beaten me to it. Butterflies would be nice and just think of the possibilites for Christmas!x
