Therapeutic Beading

This is my most recent completed craft project.  I bought it in kit form so that I could learn a particular method of bead weaving.  It was quick and easy to do despite being quite a large item and it was satisfying to see the pattern emerge.  I think I will be doing more of this bead weaving albeit on a much smaller scale.  It is very pretty hanging in the window with its luminosity but I have really made it as a feature to be displayed on any future craft stalls I may have!

  1. Quick and easy you say, it looks very complicated. It creates a lovely effect, very pretty indeed! :)

  2. I had a go at bead weaving once and it wasn't at all easy!! Maybe we should have tried it with larger beads for the first attempt. Yours looks great.

  10. Luminous and great fun. I think it will catch the attention of folks wandering around craft fairs and cause them to stop and take a closer look.
    Lovely.
