The garden is looking very lush right now. The elderflower tree is coming into bloom and the compassion climbing rose is covered in buds. If you want to see more gardening posts - practical rather than pretty - they can be seen at my other blog
sybils plot. I have only one follower of that blog so the more the merrier!
Our Elder tree is also coming into flower too

What a lovely view Simone, everything is just so lush at the moment, all that beautiful green and it's always best shown off against a blue sky!

May is such a glorious month, full of expectation, especially when the sun shines :)
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful, Simone! Looking very pretty!!!xx
ReplyDeleteYour garden is so lovely, Simone! I'm trying not to get discouraged here. Spring has been slow and starting from scratch in our new yard is making me miss my old garden while also being excited for the new. Keep the garden photos coming!
ReplyDeleteYour garden does look lush and green. I noticed elderflowers on our walk today - is it slightly earlier this year?:)
ReplyDeleteHi Rosie, I'm not sure if the elderflowers are earlier this year but everything seems to be ahead of its time. I already have sizeable plums on my plum tree!
ReplyDeleteI lost all my elder flowers last year when we had the old barn removed. I hope to transplant some from our property across the road when it's time to do some landscaping around our new barn.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, I am filled by your garden's beauty and bounty. Oh to be in England!
Hello Simone,
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous spot in the garden, enjoy.
Happy days.
Bev.
A gorgeous garden view...so green and blossoming, and perfect with the blue sky as a backdrop!
ReplyDeleteHappy week, Simone!
