Joy Every Day book. Sometimes the joy is hard to find but then I seek it out. So far I have written about the following things:
Listening to the wind as it whispered about my ears . It made me think about listening more and paying attention to the sounds around me.
Lighting scented tea lights and being soothed by their calming effect.
Losing a stone (14lbs) on my *diet in just 5 weeks. Just 5 1/2 lbs to go.
Hanging washing outside on the line on an occassion when it wasn't raining!
Beautiful perfume put on at night to have scented sweet dreams.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
*For those who were wondering: I have been on the dukan diet and followed it religiously. I can't wait to get to the next phase of the diet when I can eat fruit and carbohydrates again!!!
