Bees and Blossom

Now I know that Spring has officially arrived.  With the increasing hours of daylight and warmth of the sun, the flowers are opening up and the bees are stirring.  It feels good to be alive!

As our Spring was so delayed I hope that the Summer is a long one that extends into late Autumn.  I have started the big garden tidy up in preparation for the glorious months ahead.  Dead wood has been done away with and cottage garden seeds have been sown.  I have high hopes for the garden this year.  We always do don't we?

  3. Lovely to see bees and blossom. We saw a bumble bee today but have no blossom yet. My garden hopes have been dashed the last couple of years - lets hope that this year will be good for gardens:)

  10. No blossoms, no bees in my corner of the world. But I DO think the grass is less brown and there are hints of daffodil green here and there. And is that a lily bulb coming up?????
