Joy List Monday

Anne from My Giant Strawberry was the originator of Joy List Monday.  Since writing joy lists I am gradually becoming more positive.

Joy List Monday:

a weekly ritual
a reminder to stop and pay attention to the little beauties and graces that make life magical and to set aside time for gratitude each day
Here is my list for today:
  • Cool September nights
  • Snakes head fritillary and snowdrop bulbs to plant for spring colour
  • The positive impact in changing my thought patterns
  • A strawberry cheesecake scented candle
  • Making a new blogging friend
  • Perfecting my fried breakfast technique!
  • Autumn, autumn beautiful autumn
Do try to write a joy list.  There is always some joy to be found even in the most challenging times. We just may have to look a little more deeper.

Love your image, obviously your black eyed susan hasn't been invaded by a moth unlike mine, not so joyful!! :(

  2. So happy to hear that writing Joy Lists have helped change your perspective, Simone.

Your list today is lovely. I'd love to hear about your fried breakfast technique. Just thinking about it is making my stomach growl. :)

  3. Fried breakfast you say? Don't mind if I do!
I've bought a bag of daffodil bulbs but I like the sound of your bulbs more.

  4. What a lovely thing to do. I love your joy list especially the bulb planting. I had some for my birthday which need planting up, they are parrot tulips but your sound wonderful. I wish those flowers would grow in our soil, perhaps pots would work:)
