Thank you for all the lovely comments about the grumpy fairies. I know they are not to everyones taste but grumpy fairies are so more exclusive than the ones that just want to preen and look pretty!
I wrote down the names of everyone that commented on the giveaway post and if you commented on the following post I wrote your name down again. I screwed the pieces of paper into tiny balls and placed them in a small box. My intention was to throw the contents of the box up into the air and catch one by hand. Unfortunately I didn't catch any (was never any good at catching games) but just one piece of paper landed back in the box. The name on that paper was TOFFEEAPPLE, such an apt name for this time of year! So Toffeeapple if you would like to email me with your details and colour preferences for your fairy I will get one made up and pop in the post to you.
Ooh, it's me! How amazing, thank you Simone!
ReplyDeleteMany congrats to Toffeeapple! :)

Congratulations Toffeeapple. I'm not into Christmas but I must admit, it would look good on the top of a Christmas tree or stuck on the outside of a front door. Fairies like this would make anyone smile and forget their troubles for a while.
ReplyDeleteOh love your grumpy fairies Simone - and those beautiful sari roses. Often thought I should do something with recycled sari silk!
ReplyDeleteJust want to thank you too for sticking with my sadly neglected blog - you are ace!
Congratulations to Toffeeapple - I'm sure you enjoy your grumpy fairy:)
ReplyDeleteLucky Toffeeapple, I hope it hangs on her Christmas tree and you never know fairy might smile! Xxx
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Toffee Apple - I am heartbroken of course at not winning although I would have had a problem having two daughters stockings to fill!
ReplyDeleteCongrats ToffeeApple!
