Copper Links

I have been learning to do chain maille using bare copper jump rings.  It is so satisfying watching the pattern come together.

It feels nice and weighty on my wrist without feeling weighed down.

This weave is called the Rhino Snorting Drano!  I have no idea why!  I hope to learn many more weaves incorporating gemstones into the designs.

  1. They is wonderful. If I saw that at a fair or a in a shop that would be the one I choose

  2. Copper jewelry is a particular favorite of mine. This new linked bracelet looks lovely on your wrist. It looks as if it drapes well and is as light as can be against the skin. Beautiful. I'm eager to see more...

  3. Oh, I forgot to tell you how much I like the twisted copper posed over the intricate succulents. You surely have a creative eye for photos.

  4. Very pretty, Simone - I love the way you have displayed the bracelet too:)

  5. Oooooh that looks lovely Simone!! :)

  7. Late again!...this was meant for your last post...

    I like small changes
    And re-arranges,
    For a healthy view
    When you're feeling blue.

  8. Oh, lovely Simone - love the colour! x

  9. So beautiful! Well done, Simone!
